This role will provide operational & administrative support to the GI Operations Office under intermittent supervision. This role will support the needs of our office and research staff by submitting work orders, answering phones and directing questions to the proper teams, issuing safety equipment for field researchers, initiating key requests, assisting staff who have been locked out of their offices, assisting teams with designing their space to accommodate new hires, and helping staff to stay safe by communicating safety regulations and practices and following up on compliance, amongst other operations work as the needs arise.
