Testing Center Manager Fairbanks
UAF eCampus is seeking a Testing Center Manager to join our team and lead the administration of essential testing services across our two main locations on the Troth Yeddha campus. This position is central to ensuring smooth and efficient exam operations, supporting UAF students, faculty, and the greater community by offering local, state, and national testing and certification services. As Testing Center Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of testing services, manage a team of proctors and student assistants, and collaborate with national testing vendors. Your responsibilities include analyzing exam trends to enhance student access, preparing reports, and ensuring high-quality service for both online and in-person exams. You'll also work closely with eCampus and Center for Teaching and Learning leadership and faculty to resolve exam-related issues and develop strategies that align with institutional goals. This role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and staying current with national testing trends.
