| Information Technology Services (ITS) has put together a program to give Student workers an opportunity to experience real-life IT Service Center scenarios. This program will give students the knowledge and experience of working in an IT Call Center. Upon completion, students will be able to market themselves in this IT area, as they will learn both technical and customer services skills and have many different experiences to share with a future employer. If you are looking for a part-time job that will provide you with exciting new challenges, opportunities for professional growth and development, and provide a great start to a career in Information Technology, then this program is for you! This program will give students the knowledge and experience of working in an IT Call Center or Computer Lab.
*This is a part-time position up to 20 hours per week while school is in session. Additional hours may be available during the summer and winter breaks. Starting hourly rate is $15.26/hour. |
