The Business Development Manager reports to the Director, Physician Growth and Acquisition. Under supervision, the Business Development Manager executes development, implementation, sales, tracking and evaluation of potential business development activities for MUSC’s regional health network. In this role, the Business Development Manager is responsible for cultivating relationships, increasing care coordination, and achieving new growth targets in the Midlands region of South Carolina. Duties include prospecting physicians and physician practices, developing physician referral sources, and getting actively involved in the local community. The Business Development Manager will serve as part of the company’s acquisition and growth team, and will engage in cross-functional collaboration with all departments throughout MUSC Health, driving profitable revenue growth and success in the process.

The MUSC Physician Recruitment team is seeking a Physician and Provider Recruiter to facilitate full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APP's at MUSC, including compliance with standardized recruitment processes, protocols, procedures and timelines. The Physician and Provider Recruiter must be able to successfully develop and deliver highly sought-after provider talent and act as a brand ambassador for the system and the communities we serve. The right candidate must be able to successfully, manage, prioritize and fill searches against a timeline. They will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the industry while forging dynamic relationships with internal and external clients. The Provider Recruiter will excel at building relationships and be compelling communicator, as well as demonstrate persistence and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Provider Recruiter will report to the MUSC System Director of Physician Recruitment.
