Vaccinating and Testing patients throughout the state of South Carolina for COVID-19. The COVID-19 Testing/Vaccination Clinician reports to the Staffing Coordinator Under the direct supervision of the COVID-19 Testing/Vaccination Site lead, the COVID-19 Testing/Vaccination Clinician performs multi-skilled activities to support the safe and efficient testing and vaccination of patients for COVID-19. The COVID-19 Testing/Vaccination Clinician is expected to perform nasopharyngeal (PCR) swabbing, nasal swabbing, blood draws for antibody testing, antigen testing, other testing methodologies as directed, and administer COVID-19 vaccinations. Additional non-clinical roles of which are pertinent to successful testing site operations may be assigned (e.g. traffic directing, patient registration, etc.) The COVID-19 Testing/Vaccination Clinician will be provided with all appropriate training and safety protocols.

The Data Coordinator is responsible for data processing of COVID-19 Vaccination information into a federal database for reporting purposes. Additionally, the coordinator is responsible for maintaining the shared inbox of all vaccine related requests including but not limited to responding to all incoming emails, identifying urgent request and appropriately coordinating and escalating requests as needed.

Under the direction of the leader, the Covid 19 Testing Site Lead is responsible for carrying out the objectives, plans, and polices for the established testing areas. Endures that the services provided within area of responsibility are delivered within established standards.
• Validate that truck has all supplies, IT (phones) and infrastructure needed
• Facilitate appropriate staging of site, directing and assisting care team with set up and break down of each testing location
• Timely arrival to testing sites – arriving two hours in advance of testing start time
• Lead the testing site team
o Lead huddle and debrief to ensure all care team members are informed of the workflow and operating procedures
o Ensure care team signs in and out each day upon arrival/departure
Command is then to sign-off on total hours worked for each employee (including travel time, set up and break down)
o Triage staffing issues in live time at site – e.g. sending care team member home if sick
o Coordinate appropriate breaks and coverage as needed throughout day
o Communicate any safety or performance concerns to operational leader
• Purchase lunch for team on site when not sponsored
• Purchase gas as needed for truck
o Based on assumption that each Command has a P-card
• Participate in daily 4pm check-in call and weigh in on any operational/clinical challenges or concerns
• Ensure truck is clean and organized after the conclusion of each testing location. Request additional supplies for appropriate restocking as needed.
