Job Summary/Purpose: Under limited supervision, the Release of Information Specialist (ROI) I will assist the ROI Manager and Team Lead in supporting the mission of Health Information Services to ensure security, accuracy, & accessibility of personal health information.

Minimum Training and Education: High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role within healthcare, legal or risk management, or customer service. Must have 1 year of experience with computers. Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills; solid oral and written communication skills; good listening skills; attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Must be able to work independently and within a team. (Higher level of education can be substituted for years of experience)
