Job Summary/Purpose

Assist the staff by performing duties under the direction of healthcare professionals. Work may be clerical in nature but will also involve coordinating with other team members to provide exceptional service.   

Minimum Training and Education: 

Either currently enrolled in High School as a Junior or Senior or HS Diploma/GED required. Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc).

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: A current American Heart Association BLS for for Healthcare Provider certification is required. Must obtain EMT certificate once 2,000 hours of work time has been completed for continued employment under the ED youth apprentice program.
