Job Summary/Purpose: The Telehealth Application Analyst II will develop, implement and support clinical information systems impacting telehealth activity. Under the leadership of the Center for Telehealth, this position will work collaboratively with users of MUSC's Clinical Information Systems (CIS), with all departments in the Office of the CIO -Information Services (OCIO-IS) division, and all other departments or groups, campus-wide, as necessary, in problem-solving issues related to telehealth relevant Clinical Information Systems. The Telehealth Application Analyst II will Coordinate aspects of planning, design, development, training, implementation, communication, maintenance and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to Clinical Information Systems. Participation in a 24-hour on-call rotation is required.

Minimum Training and Education: A high school diploma and four years directly related experience (IS or clinical); or a bachelor’s degree and two years directly related experience required. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, customer service, project management and communication skills required.
