Job Summary/Purpose: The Master's Social Worker for Pediatric Partial/IOP reports to the Program Coordinator. To provide individual, group and family psychotherapeutic treatment to patients and their families. Provide a wide variety of direct social worker services in an outpatient psychiatric setting for a complex caseload of patients including psychological assessment, active treatment, discharge planning, case management, and related documentation in collaboration with multi-disciplinary treatment team

Minimum Training and Education: Master's degree in a social work or social welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education required. Two years of work experience in the field is preferred.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners required.

(Infrequent) Ability to move from height of 36" to floor objects weighing to 15 lbs. unassisted. (Infrequent) Ability to maintain 20/40 vision, corrected, in one eye or with both eyes. (Continuous) Ability to see and recognize objects close at hand or at a distance. (Continuous) Ability to determine distance/relationship between objects; depth perception. (Continuous) Ability to see and recognize objects at a distance. (Continuous) Ability to maintain hearing acuity, with correction. (Continuous) Ability to perform gross motor functions with frequent fine motor movements. (Continuous) Ability to work in a latex safe environment. (Continuous) Ability to be qualified physically for respirator use, initially and as required. (Continuous)
