The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences is seeking a HR Coordinator I in the Psychiatry Administration Office. This candidate will support the Department’s needs in areas such as Human Resources, Administration and Procurement. This role reports to the Department’s HR Manager and will have a matrix relationship to the Vice Chair of Finance and Administration.

As a member of the pharmacy management team, this manager is responsible for all clinical and distributive pharmacy services for University Hospital and it Extension Hospital (350+ beds), Ashley River Tower (200 beds), and the Institute of Psychiatry (100 beds). Each hospital practices in a progressive clinical specialist/pharmacist-hybrid practice model and corresponding hybrid distributive model. The manager is supported by clinical and operational coordinators and oversees ~100 FTE (~120 care team members). The manager champions inter-functional collaboration and communication across work areas and departments to support pharmacy practice. With the department director and other managers, he/she implements the strategic initiatives. The manager has control over all of the human, financial and informational resources allotted to his/her pharmacy cost centers.

Position for busy Out-patient therapy clinic seeing a wide variety of patient populations to include but not limited to orthopedic/musculoskeletal, spine, pain, general deconditioning, as well as many other patient types. The Physical Therapist II reports to the Team Leader or Rehab Manager. The Physical Therapist II develops and provides optimal patient care by planning and implementing a physical therapy program to individuals based upon age-specific and population specific needs utilizing a developmental and patient/family directed approach. Patient populations served: infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric for a variety of diagnosis to include but not limited to: neurologic, orthopedic, post surgical, pediatric, medically complex, inpatient or outpatient throughout the hospital system.
