The Informatics and Children’s Telehealth Collaborative (CTC) Program Coordinator reports to the CMIO with a matrixed reporting relationship to the CNIO and the Children’s Telehealth Collaborative. Under limited supervision, the Informatics and CTC Program Coordinator supports the adoption and optimization of health information technology and the development of statewide pediatric telehealth efforts. This role assists the informatics and systems education including the Informatics Medical Directors, with documentation; tracking of timelines and milestones; engagement and communication with stakeholders; facilitating meetings related to informatics projects and operations and recording next steps/responsibilities; troubleshooting and resolving problems; plans and coordinates visits, training, and events; and remains current with new technologies. The telehealth responsibilities for this role includes working with the administrative director, medical director and program manager to execute the SCTA collaborative partnership agreement, assist with grant preparation, requests and processes, and coordinate documentation, communication, and updates with CTC sites, SCTA, and other stakeholders. Additional Telehealth responsibilities will include the management and organization of outcomes needed to support the CTC collaborative initiatives/grants, and work with the CTC consulting program manager to ensure that CTC programs complete necessary development and operational processes.
