Office Manager – Administrative Services Allied Health
Permanent Full Time Position commencing 2 February 2026

To be Tasmanian is to value quality over quantity. We create, preserve, and protect the unusual. With quiet confidence, with passion and perseverance, we pursue the extraordinary. Could you be Tasmanian? Here you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to breath-taking coastlines, National Parks, and incredible fresh produce crafted by locals. After a hard day at work, you don’t sit in traffic for an hour. You’re decompressing with a wander through our beautiful city, on putting on your boots and telling it to a mountain, within minutes.
We offer an exciting and rewarding place to work, featuring contemporary, evidence-informed practise that sees our Allied Health Professionals working closely with our Allied Health Customer Service team, led by the Office Manager.
This role will see you working within the Allied Health team at Launceston General Hospital. As Office Manager you will provide leadership, supervision, and support to the Allied Health Customer Service team as well as oversee the development of systems and processes to support Allied Health services within our inpatient, outpatient and community settings.
