About the role

Assist with the day to day operations of the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens (RTBG) through the provision of efficient and effective retail operations, visitor services and delivery of tours.

Hours per fortnight

7.35.

Period of appointment

2 years.

Essential requirements

• A current motor vehicle driver’s licence.

Desirable requirements

• Experience in working in a retail and/or visitor services environment, particularly within the tourism industry.
• A Certificate III in Retail, Tourism, Guiding, or an equivalent level, relevant to the nature of the work to be undertaken, as provided by either a vocational education organisation or a registered and accredited training provider.
• A workplace Level 2 First Aid Certificate.
