Duties

To provide high level advice, support and coordination regarding a range of contemporary Talent Management projects with a focus on candidate care and Talent related activities that deliver service improvements, strategic initiatives and campaigns as aligned to the Department’s priorities, objectives and strategic plan.

Period of Appointment

Ongoing - ASAP Start Date

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight

Essential Requirements

• Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)

Desirable Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management
