Job description:
This position is best suited to a skilled practitioner with highly developed court, advocacy and management skills including leading and managing the performance of a professional team including skills in performance management, team building and participation, mentoring and resource management.
The State Litigation Office undertakes the management of all civil law claims and matters involving the State and its officers and employees including those arising from or with respect to workers’ compensation, child abuse, negligence, anti-discrimination, coronial investigations and inquests, industrial relations (where required) and administrative law matters.
