Job description:
The purpose of the role is to provide high level industrial relations expertise and advice including interpretation, case management and advocacy in relation to the Department’s industrial relations framework, lead and manage the Department’s industrial negotiations, and to provide high level case management and consultancy services, advice and coaching in relation to people management matters.
