Reporting line: Assistant Manager, Sales (China)

 

Role and Responsibilities:

Sales Target Achievement

  • Accountable for achieving sales targets in Mainland China
  • Collaborate with the head quarter sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
 
Contract Management Support
  •  Assist in managing contracts with clients and partners
  •  Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions

Business Development

• Proactively explore new business opportunities across all sales channels.
• Identify potential clients and partnerships
• Foster relationships with tourism boards, hotels, and land operators

Daily Sales Operations

  • Support day-to-day sales operations
  • Engage in client negotiations and provide accurate quotations
  • Handle inquiries and resolve client issues promptly

Sales Visits and Customer engagement

  • Conduct sales visits, seminar and roadshow to potential clients
  • Articulate the value proposition of our products & services effectively

Market Trends and Feedback

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and evolving conditions
  • Offer insights into market trends and customer behaviour to support strategic business segmentation

Maximizing Sales Opportunities

  • Perform ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel industry’s sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the airlines or GSAs
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Analytical Ability: Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and data-driven decision making
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team

  • 与总部销售团队合作,制定并执行有效的销售策略

合同管理支持

  • 协助管理客户及合作伙伴的合同
  • 确保合同条款和条件的合规性

业务拓展

  • 主动探索各销售渠道中的新业务机会
  • 识别潜在客户及合作伙伴
  • 建立并维护与旅游局、酒店及地接社的合作关系

日常销售运营

  • 支持日常销售运营工作
  • 参与客户谈判并提供准确报价
  • 及时处理客户咨询并解决问题

销售拜访与展示

  • 进行销售拜访及向潜在客户进行简报
  • 有效传达公司产品/服务的价值主张

市场趋势与反馈

  • 了解市场趋势、竞争动态及变化
  • 向销售助理经理反馈市场情况及客户偏好

销售机会最大化

  • 进行临时分析以识别收入增长机会
  • 参与特别项目及相关计划

 

任职资格:

  • 学历要求: 商业、市场营销或相关专业的本科及以上学历。
  • 工作经验: 至少3年旅游行业销售、业务拓展或合作伙伴管理经验,航空公司或总销售代理(GSA)背景者优先。
  • 语言能力: 英语和普通话流利,具备良好的书面和口头表达能力。
  • 技能要求: 具备较强的谈判、沟通和人际交往能力,能够建立并维护客户和合作伙伴关系。
  • 分析能力: 熟练进行市场分析、销售预测,并能基于数据做出决策。
  • 主动性: 自我驱动、目标导向,能够独立工作,也能良好地融入团队合作。
