• Oversee the innovation and UX improvement as well as the day-to-day product activities and AB Testing.
• Create high-fidelity UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Conduct customer research including usability tests.
• Keep track of upcoming trends and visual design technologies advancement.
• Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
