About the role   He Aha Te Tūranga 

This is your opportunity to be actively involved in developing the relationships with health providers through excellent analysis, negotiation and engagement.     You will assist in the analysis of data and identifying opportunities to continually improve and streamline nib processes.

In addition to the above, you will be engaged in providing support to health providers, and managing nib’s First Choice Network.

About you  Ko Wai Koe 

As a key aspect of this role is relationship management, you will have extensive experience in account management and/or building and maintaining effective relationships with people at all levels. Your background will include:

  • Strong knowledge or interest in the health sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge and/or BI reporting
  • A methodical approach to problem solving.
  • Proven experience in providing a high level of customer service and delivery. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, positive attitude with a high level of self-motivation, and the confidence to present to groups.
