YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

The eCommerce Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations, product management, and trading execution across global eCommerce sites. In this dynamic role, you’ll manage product uploads, merchandising, onsite campaigns, and trading execution while collaborating with Digital Marketing, Brand, Production, IT, and international teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with onsite product mapping, categorisation and tagging
  • Support with product uploads, enrichment and activation ensuring accurate correct and accurate information inlcuded.
  • Support online merchandising to drive visibility, conversion, and alignment with trade priorities
  • Action onsite campaigns, promotions, landing pages, and homepage updates in line with the trade calendar under direction Merchandising Manager.
  • Monitor daily site performance and help resolve customer experience or functionality issue with support of wider team memebers
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US
 
You will bring strong organisational, analytical and project management skills, along with experience in eCommerce or digital trading. You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, work collaboratively across teams, and consistently deliver accurate, high-quality results.
  • Experience in eCommerce operations, online trading, or digital product management, ideally within a retail environment
  • Strong data management and administrative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of fashion, brand, and product‑based environments
  • Proven project management capability
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines
  • Commercial acumen and sound business judgement
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
  • Experience with merchandising, SEO, and onsite optimisation (desirable)
