The new 14,000-square-foot facility will offer both clinical and benchtop research space, as well as the equipment needed for advanced research. Graduate student stipends will be available to each faculty member, and a substantial amount of funding will be available to the team annually for research on the prevention and treatment of laminitis in pleasure or working horses.
