The Intermittent Worker with support the Physician Assistant Studies Program.
Employees hired into Intermittent positions are limited to working no more than 720 hours per fiscal year.

Salary Grade:  UC

For salary grade UC, these positions are "Unclassified" and salary ranges are determined by the hiring department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Support curricular mapping and generating requested reports for accreditation needs
- Edit and deploy Qualtrics surveys for efficient data collection for reports for accreditation needs
- Maintain and organize for analysis and reports for accreditation needs
- Collect and organize student performance data for analysis and report generation for accreditation needs
- Tasks as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality of student files, abiding by all pertinent laws
- Support completion of accreditation application documents

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma
General high school curriculum
No prior experience required

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficient written and oral communication skills, proficient user of Microsoft application

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Requires limited lifting of files and records up to 25 pounds. Work is primarily performed in a indoor in a temperature-controlled facility.
