The Coastal Research and Extension Center (CREC), Mississippi State University (MSU) is seeking a Post-doctoral Associate. Current funding is for two years with the possibility of an extension depending on the availability of funds. This position will be located at the Coastal Research and Extension Center in Biloxi, MS. Applicant will be required to work closely with cattle.
Police Officer	Main Campus - Starkville, MS
Performs a variety of police duties in enforcing laws, rules, and regulations to protect lives and property associated with the university.
Assistant/Associate/Full Professor	Main Campus - Starkville, MS
The successful candidate will be expected to develop a nationally recognized research (75%), and teaching (25%) program in dairy foods/dairy processing for this 9-month tenure track position. For candidates with experience for appointment at the Associate or Full Professor levels, the position may also include co-appointment as the “Edward D. Custer Endowed Professorship in Dairy Foods” which carries with it the professorship title, an additional salary stipend, and programmatic support. The successful candidate will also administer thee separate “Bearden Endowment” for dairy science/dairy foods student club/organization support. In addition, this position will be an integral part of the new Food Science Innovation Laboratory initiative in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and Mississippi Agricultural and Forestry Experiment Station.
Extension Program Associate	Biloxi, MS
The primary function of this position is to support a variety of routine and specialized Extension projects in the PLACE:SLR program supporting coastal climate resilience and coastal restoration. This position is tentatively funded for 2 years but may be extended pending availability of funds.
