We are looking for a passionate (Junior) Analyst Investment Services in Amsterdam, Netherlands. This internal role is responsible for providing analytical, financial, and strategic support to the European business.
Central to this role is supporting the Investment Services & Valuation Manager and Business Development Team in context of market intelligence, memo process and feasibilities for Netherlands & Germany.
As an (Junior) Analyst Investment Services your responsibilities will be:
- Collect and maintain research database for market transactions to leverage market intelligence
- Continuously track market information of the European Logistics Real Estate Market
- Set up of (financial/geographical) systems and processes for collating and managing research
- Assist in preparing written market commentaries for investment committee (developing memo’s) and internal market commentaries
- Assist in preparing IC- / Board memo´s and written market commentaries for investment committee.
- Assist in setting up the financial feasibilities for potential new acquisitions.
- Develop strong relationships with the teams in Australia, Singapore, Germany, and Netherlands
- This role may require some international travel due to the nature of the work involved
- Openly communicate and share knowledge
- Lead by example, actively promoting the company’s values.

- Desired Skills and Experience
As the ideal applicant you will possess:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a (commercial) Real Estate organization or in an asset management company
- A good professional understanding of the property development industry
- Has a relevant master’s degree within Real Estate, Geography, Economics, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Strong Microsoft office skills, financial/analytical skills, and QGIS is a bonus
- A good understanding of logistics and industrial assets and markets is a distinct advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and preferably Dutch and/or German
- Ability to work on a few different matters and the ability to frequently reprioritise
- Work effectively in an open team environment and has the ability to collaborate with all levels and range of internal and external personnel
- Demonstrates the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
