Our Industrial line of business are currently seeking a Property Manager to join the Asset Management team based in our St Kilda Road (Melbourne) 3004 office.

Reporting to the Senior Property Manager/Asset Manager, the Property Manager will be responsible for the property management of industrial assets within Frasers Industrial and Commercial Trust (FLCT) and Frasers Property Industrial (FPI) portfolios.

Responsibilities

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining positive working relationships with customers, Asset Management teams, business units of FPI, FLCT, Frasers Property Australia (FPA)
  • Providing timely and relevant advice to landlords and their representatives
  • Resolving customer queries and concerns directly and by supporting FPI Asset Management and Operations teams.
  • Ensuring full execution and recording of leases and other documentation
  • Ensuring all critical dates and other information is accurate and updated on tenancy schedules
  • Maintaining Insurance, Securities, and Bank Guarantee registers
  • Assisting with customer leasing matters and negotiations
  • Liaising with external parties including leasing agents, valuers and insurers
  • Undertaking regular building inspections and attending construction, management and customer meetings
  • Managing financial matters including accounting, rent rolls, invoicing, purchase orders, arrears management, annual income and expenditure budgets, etc.

Requirements

You may have all or some of the following skills and experience:

  • A current VIC Agents Representative certification, or eligibility to obtain
  • A current VIC Driver Licence
  • Demonstrated experience as a Property Manager, preferably in the Industrial sector
  • Skilled in accounting software (preferably SAP), MRI or other.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Adept in time management, prioritising and multi-tasking
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communication, numeracy, and reporting
