About the role

In this pivotal role, you will ensure the availability, administration, support, and continual improvement of our critical Corporate and Finance Systems, including ERP, Procurement, Expense Management, Corporate Travel, ITSM and more. As our Senior Systems Analyst, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving efficiency, enhancing user experience, and integrating new technologies in our evolving digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

  • System Support & Incident Management: Maintain and support key applications, investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues. Maintain clear documentation of known issues and workarounds.
  • System Upgrades & Patching: Manage system upgrades and patches, working with vendors and internal teams to assess business impact and guide changes through the Change Management process.
  • Security & Compliance: Lead user access reviews, ensuring systems meet security and audit standards. Implement controls and mitigate risks as needed.
  • Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery: Contribute to planning and testing to ensure our applications are resilient, recoverable, and well-documented.
  • Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner with stakeholders in Finance, Operations and Technology to identify inefficiencies and deliver improvements through integration, automation, and workflow optimisation.
  • Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay across vendor roadmaps and industry trends to suggest enhancements and introduce technologies that add business value.

About you

You bring energy, care, and a solution-focused mindset to everything you do. You’re comfortable working independently or as part of a team and enjoy building strong relationships across the business.

You’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Level 2 support for cloud-based, on-prem or third-party solutions
    • Experience supporting Epicor ERP (essential); Coupa experience is a bonus
    • Solid understanding of finance processes – AP, AR, GL, budgeting, procurement
  • Strong SQL skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency with Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues
  • Strong track record of driving continuous improvement and business outcomes
  • Ability to quickly understand complex system architectures, integrations, and controls
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical info for non-technical users
  • Data analysis capabilities using Excel and Power BI
  • Working knowledge of user access governance, security best practices, and application audit review processes.
  • Experience in aged care or healthcare is highly regarded

Desirable:

  • Exposure to integration platforms, especially Microsoft Logic Apps
  • Experience with automation tools such as UIPath
