About the role

Estia Health Reservoir is seeking experienced and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, with Permanent Part Time afternoon and overnight shifts available Monday to Friday. Located in Melbourne’s vibrant north, our warm and welcoming home is known for its strong team culture, supportive leadership, and commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-centred care. Just a short drive from Preston and easy access via public transport, Estia Reservoir offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while working close to home.

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs.
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments 
• Be a friend to our residents.
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

• A certificate III or IV in Aged Care  
• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• Previous experience in a Personal Care Attendant role, preferably within aged care
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
