Position Summary

Project Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing projects aligned with strategic plans and organizational initiatives. The role ensures that each project is completed on schedule, within budget, meets specifications and delivers results on time. The Project Manager will oversee the scope and direction of each project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Development: Initiate and plan projects by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Coordination: Coordinate resources, stakeholders, and activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implementation: Implement project plans, monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project outcomes meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Results Delivery: Deliver project results that meet or exceed expectations and contribute to organizational success.
  • Alignment: Ensure that all projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives, supporting strategic initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Business Administration, Management, Project Management or Operations Management; three to five years of related and progressively more expansive work experience in project management, business analysis, facilitating/training with a focus on business management; workflow process analysis and implementation of strategic initiatives or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Valid vehicle operator's license is required at the time of hire.

  • Proficiency in budget and schedule management.
  • Ability to ensure quality and deliver results on time.
  • Strong alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
  • Familiarity with basic personal computer operation and terminology, including email and internet usage.
