Position Summary
The Postdoctoral Research Associate will join the laboratory of Dr. Norbert Kaminski within Michigan State University’s Institute for Integrative Toxicology to advance research on the molecular mechanisms by which the aryl hydrocarbon receptor impairs humoral immunity in human B cells. The scholar will lead and support experimental design, execution, and analysis involving human primary leukocyte culture, multi‑parameter flow cytometry, and functional immune assays. In this role, the Postdoctoral Research Associate will contribute to ongoing research efforts, develop independent scientific approaches, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on immunotoxicology.

Required Degree
Doctorate -Immunology or Toxicology
Minimum Requirements
The candidate must have a PhD in Immunology and/or Toxicology.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in the culturing of human primary leukocytes, flow cytometry, and experience with quantifying immune function responses. A strong background in immunology and toxicology is highly preferred, and a successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills.
