Position Summary(Basic Job Function)
This is a temporary or an on-call position. Provides technical support. Responsibilities may include computer programming or operations; research support; medical patient care; technical equipment maintenance, repair, fabrication or operation; or other technical support functions.
Unit Position Summary
The Great Lakes Cover Crops Project is seeking a research assistant to contribute to the processing and analysis of cover crop management and performance data for the 2025-2026 season for the Blesh Lab at Kellogg Biological Station.The data will then be translated into personalized farmer reports and an interactive online map.
Desired Qualifications
Proficiency with Qualtrics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong Oral and written communications skills.
Experience with data management.
Optional - background in agriculture, environmental science, ecology, or related fields.
