Admissions Visit Coordinator
Position Summary
• Assists in the planning, coordination, execution and evaluation of Admissions programming.
• Maintains records for admissions projects and events.
• Serves as liaison with key campus constituents who participate in/contribute to admissions programs.
• Serves as the primary contact for student/guest questions and needs for admissions programs.
• Collaborates with marketing to prepare event publications, evaluations, and post-event notes.
• Examines data and current research to evaluate program needs and results.
• Creates and executes training for staff participants at campus events.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in order to ensure compliance with University, State, and Federal rules and regulations.
• Maintains inventory levels and orders supplies as necessary.
• Acts as liaison between vendors and users in order to obtain requested materials.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which would normally be acquired in a four year college degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business or in an area related to the work being performed; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible and expansive work experience in a field related to the position including planning and managing special events; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Will require experience in word processing, database, spreadsheet, desktop publishing and/or presentation software.
