As the Campus Solutions Degree Audit Specialist, you will serve as the functional expert responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing the Campus Solutions Degree Audit module. You will translate curriculum approved through university governance into system logic, ensure degree audits accurately reflect academic requirements, develop reports that support decision-making, and collaborate with campus partners to continuously improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the university's degree audit system.
This role blends analytical thinking, technical configuration, collaboration, quality assurance, and customer support. You will work closely with academic units, the Office of the Registrar, Information Technology, and other campus partners to ensure Campus Solutions Degree Audit remains accurate, efficient, and aligned with university policy.
Position Responsibilities:
Build and Maintain Campus Solutions Degree Audit
Ensure Quality and Accuracy

Maintain documentation for degree audit configuration, business rules, testing procedures, and functional specifications.
Support and Partner with Campus

Serve as the primary functional resource for Campus Solutions Degree Audit questions from colleges, advisors, faculty, and Registrar staff.

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree in business, management information systems, or related field; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in the business functional area and/or enterprise software development and/or testing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications

Experience configuring or supporting the Campus Solutions Degree Audit module or another enterprise degree audit system.

Experience interpreting curriculum, catalog requirements, and academic policies and translating them into system functionality.

Experience supporting PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, including testing and implementation of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) releases.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Experience developing reports, validating data, and performing quality assurance testing.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience documenting business processes, functional specifications, and system procedures.

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization.

Experience supporting software implementations, system enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Most staff in the Office of the Registrar work a hybrid schedule, coming into the office at least two days a week. This position can be fully remote from anywhere within the United States.
