What does the job look like?

The Accounts Administrator is responsible for receiving and verifying billing and requisitions to deliver accurate and timely processing of invoices within the business. Key areas include:

• Check, validate and record invoices for approval and payment processing
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate payment schedules and payment terms
• Liaise with vendors, query invoices and respond to enquiries
• Maintain vendor invoice and enquires inbox
• Check vendor account statement and reconcile ledger

Are you the one?

You will enjoy working with stakeholders internally and externally. Your high attention to detail and ability to work autonomously are perfect for this role. You can demonstrate:

•  Previous experience performing Accounts Payable/ Receivable functions
•  Proven ability to meet deadlines, manage high volume transactions
•  Certificate IV in Accounting/ Administration
•  Proficient in Excel and accurate data entry
•  Strong verbal and written communication
