What does the job look like?

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive excellence while managing the day-to-day operations. This role requires you to work morning shifts starting at 05:00am.

Key areas include:

• Accountability for all operational aspects of the branch and ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to
• Assisting in the coordination and supervision of employees
• Supporting daily planning, resource allocation and staff rostering to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Maintaining excellent customer service levels with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee delivery requirements are achieved
• Driving initiatives to maintaining and improve OH&S programs
