Job Summary: The Access Services Librarian is responsible for the provision of excellent service and the efficient operation of all access services functions including but not limited to, oversight of circulation, course reserves, and interlibrary loan services, stacks management, and building access.
Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires a MLS or MLIS from an American Library Association accredited institution or foreign equivalent.
• At least two years of experience as a professional librarian in an academic library setting.
• At least one year of experience supervising staff.
• At least one year of experience in circulation, course reserves, and/or interlibrary loan.
• Experience in library and information literacy instruction.
• Experience in providing reference and research support using multiple modalities.
• Expertise using resource sharing software, discovery tools, and productivity tools such as Excel and Access.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Alma/Primo, Banner, ILLiad and Springshare software.

Work Schedule: May vary, some nights and weekends
Salary, Benefits, and Appointment: Minimum Salary $52,842, May be benefits eligible; more information at Careers@Brockport.  This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Core hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, may vary, some nights and weekends
