||SUNY Brockport is accepting applications for an Associate Director for the Center of Graduate Studies. The Associate Director plays a critical and active role in helping lead the full scope of graduate enrollment management efforts that are managed by the Center for Graduate Studies (recruitment, admission, advisement, retention). The Associate Director assumes primary responsibility for the development, implementation and maintenance of all graduate advisement and retention initiatives of the Center for Graduate Studies. The Associate Director also advocates for the advancement of graduate education at SUNY Brockport, provides guidance and support to our college partners (faculty, staff and administration), and most importantly focuses on the success of our graduate student population. The Associate Director actively engages in activities that promote a positive and community focused work and learning environment for their colleagues and the students served by the Center for Graduate Studies. The Associate Director serves as second-in-charge of the Center for Graduate Studies and assumes full responsibility in the absence of the Director.
• Master's degree by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
• Minimum of three years of professional higher education experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Effective customer service skills.
• Keen attention to details.
