Scholarship through publication and experience with funded research preferred. The selected applicant will have a commitment to service within the University, profession, and community and the ability to contribute to a positive work environment in the College and University.
This position is in the Department of Public Health program within the College of Health Professions.
- Teach graduate level courses in public health area of expertise
- Mentor students in research projects
- Advise students, by assisting in curriculum planning and practicum placement
- Engage in scholarly and service activity
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Department/Division: The Department of Public Health is housed within the College of Health Professions. We are located in the rapidly expanding health care corridor of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Opportunities exist for collaboration with faculty from other programs within the University, as well as health professionals from community institutions, including the Van Andel Research Institute, Spectrum Health, Mercy Health Saint Mary’s, Metro Health, and Michigan State University College of Human Medicine.
