Required: Applicant will have at least one graduate degree in Nutrition/ Dietetics, or closely related field, and must be enrolled in a doctoral program in a field related to the subjects in which they will teach. Applicant must be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian (RDN) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) at the time that the position will begin.
Preferred: Earned doctorate in a field that is related to the subjects in which they will teach; three –five years’ experience as a RDN; credentialed in a specialty field related to dietetics.
The successful applicant must demonstrate commitment to high quality classroom and clinical instruction, campus and community service, and assisting with graduate research.

Salary: Commensurate with experience.
Department/Division: The MS in Clinical Dietetics is part of the Allied Health Sciences department and is housed within the College of Health Professions. We are located in the rapidly expanding health care corridor of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Opportunities exist for collaboration with faculty from other programs within the University, as well as health professionals from community institutions, including the VanAndel Research Institute, Spectrum Health, Mercy Health Saint Mary’s, Metro Health, and Michigan State University College of Human Medicine.
