Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with two (2) or more years of sports related sales experience or equivalent combination of education & experience. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to develop strong client relationships. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced, professional working environment and interact in a professional manner with a broad spectrum of people. Must be detail-oriented, resourceful and highly organized. Must be a task-oriented, self-starter. Ability to work independently, analyze, take initiative, problem solve, and make rational decisions. Computer proficiency. Strong customer service skills. Results oriented leader with proven ability to maximize revenue production. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work Irregular hours and travel out of town for client meetings as required. As a condition of this appointment, must agree to comply with all university, NCM or GLIAC regulations.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree with four (4) or more years of related experience, supervisory experience and experience with management of a corporate sponsorship sales program.

Responsibilities: This position will report to the Deputy Director of Athletics for External Relations. The position is responsible for the management of all corporate sponsorship sales, administration of athletics marketing and game day experience.
