| The Viking Union at Western Washington University is searching for a highly qualified candidate to join our team! The Viking Union Event Services Manager works closely with students, faculty and staff in the planning and implementation of a wide variety of events at our student union and other venues on campus. This position manages Setup and Event staff, Audio Visual Services and Reservation process at the Viking Union with an emphasis on supporting student activities, clubs, and community building events. These events include large- and small-scale concerts, banquets, receptions, information fairs and conferences. The position supervises a team of two full-time staff and around forty part-time student employees in production of around 500 special event bookings each year at the Viking Union and across Campus. |
