Job Responsibilities:

In addition to assisting Team Head by monitoring teams’ daily operation activities, performances and qualities in an effective way to assure smooth daily operations of Policy Administration, the incumbent will be responsible for leading team members to provide quality services to our channel partners relating to the department in a timely and professional manner in compliance with regulatory and business requirements.

 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI and ACS).
• Over 6 years or above policy administration experience in life insurance industry with 2 years in supervisory level
• Proactive, with strong sense of responsibility
• Strong analytical, problem identification and problem solving skills
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under high pressure with professional business acumen
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
