Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for performing underwriting assessment on new business application and review suggest cases from underwriters, including large amount and complex cases, assisting to monitor and manage underwriting performance standard, reviewing and recommending the current workflow and systems to ensure consistency of underwriting decisions is comply with the Company’s operation guidelines.

 Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree with professional insurance qualification (e.g. FLMI or ICA).
• 8 years of underwriting experience in life insurance company, with project handling experience
• Strong analytical skills and risk assessment expertise
• Excellent leadership and team development capabilities
• Open-minded, flexible and always strive for improvement
• Strong customer service mindset
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
