Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for providing sales support to bancassurance channel, including but not limited to communicating and coordinating with bank partners to implement marketing and sales incentive programs, overseeing project progress and conducting regular reviews to ensure business targets are met, monitoring industry trends and competitor activities, collecting feedback on products and services to provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 3 years specifically in business development or direct sales. Proven experience working with bancassurance teams is preferred.
• Self-motivated, independent, flexible mindset and be able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Excel, and Powerpoint
• Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
