Human Resources Assistant (6-month Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day talent acquisition and onboarding activities of the Bank 
  • Organize recruitment campaigns and contract signing sessions regularly 
  • Coordinate interviews, selection activities and contract signing sessions for the teams
  • Comply strictly with the internal policies and regulatory requirements 
  • Handle administrative tasks and prepare reports, contracts and relevant documents 
  • Streamline end-to-end talent acquisition activities by updating job vacancies, talent pipeline statues in the recruitment system

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Experience in sizable company in Administration and Human Resources aspect will be preferred
  • Good organizational skills, highly flexible and a fast learner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timeline
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will  be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
