Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day settlement and operational support in one or more of the following areas: Derivatives including Swaps, OTC Options, Structured products, FX, Money Market, and Bonds etc.
- Negotiate with relevant parties; Manage end-to-end processing procedures and closely work with various internal and external parties such as legal counsel, accounting, IT, system vendor etc.
- Produce documentation on operating procedures and operating guideline
- Enhance operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Business or Banking
- 1 years experience in banking operation or settlement
- Good knowledge and experience in payment/settlement systems (SWIFT, CHATS, CMU, Euroclear/Clearstream etc.)
- Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in English and Chinese word processing and computer applications (Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.), VBA and macro is an advantage
