Responsibilities:
- Develop the internal control and monitoring mechanism in accordance with the laws, regulations and risk policies/procedures
- Drive planning and budgeting process and assist the setting and communication of business targets within the department
- Prepare various reports for tracking the key performance indicators of the department / for management’s review
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting is preferred.
- 1-2 year(s) work experience preferably in Corporate Banking of sizable banks / financial sectors
- Familiar with banking operations and related policies, laws and regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office. IT related background is preferred
