Senior Learning & Development Manager (Retail Banking)

Responsibilities:

  • In accordance to the Group strategy, writing of training plan/ annual report/ working plan or any other report that is required
  • Oversee and manage training programmes in the Personal Banking business
  • Design and deliver wealth management, sales and services training programmes
  • Understand training needs from the business by engaging with key stakeholders and providing professional learning solutions
  • Manage learning projects, perform instructional design work to enhance learners’ experience
  • Perform train-the-trainer coaching to ensure training quality and effectiveness
  • Source and manage external vendors to ensure good use of learning resources

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in managing and delivery sales and service, wealth management training, preferably in retail banking or financial industry.
  • Good planning and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage the full training cycle
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design, project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
