Responsibilities
- Handling inward/outward clearing cheques, including the validation of the cheques and customer services
- Handling enquires from customers, branches and other banks
- Handling returned cheques and making relevant transactions
- Other duties assigned by manager
- Assisted other business teams of the Information Processing Division.
Requirements
- Degree with major in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
- At least 1 years' working experience in banking industry, preferably familiar with cheque processing.
- Proficiency in computer knowledge, especially MS Office and word processing
- Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
- Preferably with good communication skill and customer service skill
