Operation Officer / Assistant Manager (Cheque Clearing)

Responsibilities

  • Handling inward/outward clearing cheques, including the validation of the cheques and customer services
  • Handling enquires from customers, branches and other banks
  •  Handling returned cheques and making relevant transactions
  • Other duties assigned by manager
  • Assisted other business teams of the Information Processing Division.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with major in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
  • At least 1 years' working experience in banking industry, preferably familiar with cheque processing.
  • Proficiency in computer knowledge, especially MS Office and word processing
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  • Preferably with good communication skill and customer service skill
