Responsibilities:
- Ensure HR compliance requirements are strictly met through conducting thorough due-diligence activities
- Responsible for drafting and preparing regular and ac hoc reports for progress tracking and management review
- Support day-to-day talent acquisition activities of the Bank by championing the liaison work with line departments
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
- Handle visa applications, pensions, insurances and benefits administration
- Provide clerical support to personnel & administration function
- Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned
- Ensure the proper execution of initiatives related to organization structure and job title system
- Study and analyze industry trends and market practices to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making
- Partner closely with a variety of stakeholders across HR and the bank, build credible relationships and collaborate on decisions and recommendations
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in project management gained from banking industry, with extensive exposures in bank-wide projects preferred
- Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong foundation of writing expertise with extensive experience in proposal and policy writing
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
