Manager/ Senior Manager (Bank Operation Department - HR Management)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure HR compliance requirements are strictly met through conducting thorough due-diligence activities
  • Responsible for drafting and preparing regular and ac hoc reports for progress tracking and management review
  • Support day-to-day talent acquisition activities of the Bank by championing the liaison work with line departments
  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
  • Handle visa applications, pensions, insurances and benefits administration
  • Provide clerical support to personnel & administration function
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned
  • Ensure the proper execution of initiatives related to organization structure and job title system
  • Study and analyze industry trends and market practices to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision making
  • Partner closely with a variety of stakeholders across HR and the bank, build credible relationships and collaborate on decisions and recommendations

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in project management gained from banking industry, with extensive exposures in bank-wide projects preferred
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset, excellent ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong foundation of writing expertise with extensive experience in proposal and policy writing
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is a plus
