Responsibilities:
- Design talent development strategy to align with business goals with a robust leadership pipeline and talent pool.
- Lead the change management and collaborate with key stakeholders for an effective alignment with talent and business strategies.
- Conduct research and needs assessment to identify development needs
- Implement talent / L&D development initiatives and monitor the budget and the effectiveness
- Regular review and management update of trends and best practices in talent and L&D.
- Promote the talent development branding through effective channels
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or Business, or a related field
- Preferably with more than 5 years experience in talent management, L&D or HR in banking industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in project management and computer skills (Excel, powerpoint …etc)
- Proactive, collaborator, adept at building relationship across teams
- A team player with a people-orientated mindset and able to work independently
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
