Business Strategy Manager (Talent Development)

Responsibilities:

  • Design talent development strategy to align with business goals with a robust leadership pipeline and talent pool.
  • Lead the change management and collaborate with key stakeholders for an effective alignment with talent and business strategies.
  • Conduct research and needs assessment to identify development needs
  • Implement talent / L&D development initiatives and monitor the budget and the effectiveness
  • Regular review and management update of trends and best practices in talent and L&D.
  • Promote the talent development branding through effective channels

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or Business, or a related field
  • Preferably with more than 5 years experience in talent management, L&D or HR in banking industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in project management and computer skills (Excel, powerpoint …etc)
  • Proactive, collaborator, adept at building relationship across teams
  • A team player with a people-orientated mindset and able to work independently
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage
