Responsibilities:
- Design talent development strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Drive change management processes to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Design learning framework, identify development needs and develop solutions
- Develop and implement talent and learning initiatives and monitor the budget and the effectiveness
- Manage succession planning to ensure leadership continuity
- Promote the talent development branding through effective channels
- Build strong relationships with employees to foster employee engagement and development
- Deliver community and volunteer initiatives to strengthen employee branding
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree or above in Business or Human Resources, or a related field
- Preferably with 8-10 years of relevant experience in talent management, L&D or HR, preferably in banking industry, of which 3 years in managerial role
- Strong expertise in designing and delivering training programmes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proactive, collaborator, adept at building relationship across teams
- Proficiency in project management and computer skills (Excel, powerpoint, Chinese word processing …etc)
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; good knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
